If you want to see what all the hype is about, Tor.com has posted first two three chapters of MYSTIC online for free. I’m delighted that they’ve done so, so that anybody can get a taste of what the book’s about.
There’s only 18 chapters in the book, so essentially you’re getting 1/9 1/6 of the novel for free. Not a bad deal!

Also, coming soon: a full chapter that was cut from the novel. I’ll elaborate on that when it’s released, but that’s a special thing because the chapter is a fun, stand-alone story that tells part of the backstory.
